Improvement of ventilation and air conditioning in pellet plan

Project objective

Improve working environment conditions and pellet plant office comfort.

Scope of work

A Critical Path Method (CPM) was created on Microsoft-Project and presented to the customer in a technical and financial proposal. The majority of them have been executed one by one in a following sequence.

A temporary platform was installed in the control room area to facilitate work performed in heights and to allow plant normal operations to continue. Ventilation work performed in the breaker room have been completed during the winter season to prevent the breakers to overheat. A new ventilation system and air conditioning was installed in employees change and lunch room.

To customer’s satisfaction, Aer-Pro has completed the project respecting fixed budgets and satisfying system performance objectives.
