Innovanor is a group of small and medium companies from the North Shore region of Quebec. They provide products and services which have common manufacturing activities for major North Shore clients in the mining and metallurgical industry (Rio Tinto IOC, Cliffs, Aluminerie Alouette, Alcoa Canada, ArcelorMittal Mines Canada, Rio Tinto Fer and Titane).               .               

The Innovanor portal is a showcase for these SMEs and aims to promote their projects and expertise in the mining and metallurgical industries. By pooling their websites and corporate information, our SMEs hope to facilitate contact with foreign companies, clients and potential suppliers.

The North Shore is the headquarters for the Ingénierie des procédés industriels, miniers et métallurgiques (IPIMM)1 [Industrial, mining and metallurgical process engineering] niche of excellence. The SMEs and organizations affiliated with the Innovanor portal have superior expertise recognized throughout Quebec, which demonstrates the dynamic nature of these niche companies.
