Consulting the forum
To choose a category: select a name amongst the list on the top left-hand side of the window to view the topics available.
To read a message: select the title of a message for it to appear on the right-hand side of the window. On the lower left-hand side will appear the list of responses to that message.

To add a message
Choose a category then select the icon that appears on the blue strip in the upper left-hand side of the window.

To return to the category menu
Click the word "Categories" or click the icon that appears on the blue strip in the upper left-hand side of the window.

To perform a search within the forum
Click the corresponding icon that appears on the blue strip in the upper left-hand side of the window or click here.

Help
Click the corresponding icon that appears on the blue strip in the upper left-hand side of the window.

To change the size of the window
Drag either one of the dividing bars (the cursor will change as you approach the dividing bars).
